Delivery:

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please note the following delivery timelines:

• Non-Stocked & Custom Items: Delivery can take up to 6 weeks, depending on production times.
• Stocked Items: Delivery can take up to 1 week.
• Order Confirmation: If you’d like to confirm the availability of a product before placing your order, feel free to reach out. We can check the stock and reserve the item for you.
• Reserve and Hold: If we reserve an item for you, we will hold it until the end of the day. If no order is made by then, the item will be placed back into stock.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Eligible Items: Only stocked items are eligible for return.
• Non-Stock & Custom Orders: Non-stock and custom orders are considered custom and are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged.
• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable. If the item is faulty or damaged, please contact us right away for assistance.
• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for stocked items.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• How to Return: Please contact us to initiate the return process. We will provide further instructions and a return address.

This policy complies with UK consumer rights regulations, which provide a 14-day period for returns on items bought online.
